Cancellation & Rescheduling of Service
by Customer
Acceptance and Scheduling: Once an Estimate is accepted, the customer will be contacted to schedule the service(s) and any necessary service specific materials will be ordered.
Penalty-Free Cancellation: To avoid penalties, customers generally need to cancel 48 hours before the scheduled service.
If God First Contractors has purchased materials on behalf of the customer, the customer will need to reimburse God First Contractors for the purchase and delivery of materials.
Late Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made with less than a 48-hour notice may incur a fee, such as 25% of the total service or a fixed amount of $50 for cancellations of jobs within 48 hours.
On-Site Cancellation Fees: If the crew has already arrived at the site before the customer cancels, a mobilization fee may be charged to cover costs. This fee could be for $150 or $200, depending upon the work truck used or the number of crew members mobilized. If work has started, the customer will be billed for the completed portion.
Rescheduling: Customers can typically reschedule without penalty if done at least 48 hours before the original service date.
